Forex "Exchange" time

I understand the nature of Forex trading wrt to where it actually occurs
(many, many places), but my question has to do with the display of "Local"
Timezone when plotting a chart.

In Global Server, I have the "Sessions" for the (e.g.) eSignal GBP A0-FX as
00:00 - 23:59 "Exchange Traded Time". When I plot a 2000i chart in "Local"
Timezone, the session boundaries are plotted as a vertical line 1 hour prior
to 0000 GMT, so that a session break is plotted at 17:00 Central time. 0000
GMT in Central Time (GMT -6) is 18:00.

Does anyone understand please why the "Exchange Traded Time" for these
instruments in Global Server should be GMT -1 ? I can't think of any major
benchmark exchange in the waters of the eastern Atlantic Ocean.
