In the "Items:" pane, right-click on an item and select "Add Item ...", then 
make your selection(s) as to what fields you want retrieved.

The current plugin does indeed have some bugs that I didn't find in previous 
versions. Did you reboot since installing the plugin? Goofy MS oftentimes 
seems to require such a primitive procedure in order to incorporate the 
"Registry" values into the current run-time, although that shouldn't ever be 
needed for a plugin, only a restart of the GS. Still, you know MS ....

You might also try to download to "Symbols selected in Portfolio" and then 
choose the GS symbols of interest to you, even if it's all of them.
