TS 2000i & Old Security Block

I came across an old trading system from TS 4.0. I currently run TS2000i.
However, when I loaded the system it wouldn't work because it was tied into
my old security block in TS 4.0. I remember when I installed TS 2000i I
didn't configure it for the security block. Can I configure it for the
security block now without re-installing TS 2000i? If so, how? I am running
Windows XP.
