Thanks Marc. Also, thanks Ori Shloosh whose message just arrived.

It turns out you are correct. Everyone went away and they didn't bother to advise me in advance even though I attempted to $ubscribe immediately before their planned Roman Holiday.

Apparently the tech people got the short straw and had to stay behind. It must have been too daunting a task for them to check the fax machine and the "support" email while the rest were on vacation.

Can you imagine if there were open positions/money-on-the-table and everyone is off dodging feces in the Mediterranean when you need them?

It's a shame. I liked the TS2Ki alternative to TS8, and the opportunity to reward HT with a paid subscription in return for the nice free stuff they provide.

Thanks again for your comments Marc and Ori.

Hi Lee,
I tried to purchase Hypertools with no ads, but nobody got back to me as
well.
I was prepared to send them around US$200, but they "dropped the ball" in
the communication
department.
It appears that Europeans go on 'Holiday' -- about this time of year.
You have to wait until Sept. 5th, when 'sales' returns from the beaches.
I, however, have been waiting to give them my money now for over 8 months.
It
is very frustrating, we are not used to doing business like this.
