My IB experience has been different...never uses more than2-3% of cpu and
about 40-45M of mem typically. hav not experienced cutting out at all. There
is a neat little free tool called process explorer that you may wish to try.
www.sysinternals.com. I have found it very useful in troubleshooting TS,
etc.
