Romi,
The faster the better. The more ram the better. TS2ki would crash 3-4 times
a day. Now with
a (dual)3.2ghz 533fsb/1m cache and 4gb ram it only happens rarely.
However, the reason for my reponding to your note is this:
Matrox Cards- I could rarely if ever- just try to yourself before you buy-
contact tech sup. Go through 50 menus on the phone. The co. is in Canada.
One lady told me that the reason I couldn't hook up more than 10 monitors
wasn't their
fault, and that I should ask Microsoft to write a program for me. Yeah
Right.
I am very happy with my COLORGRAPHIC XENTERA video cards. I run 4 quad
cards.
You could just run 1, in case you wish to add some more monitors later.
Order from Wendy Dill at 770.234.2012, or 877.943.3843.
Tell her that I sent you. You can contact their tech support in a
heartbeat.
I will never use Matrox- they were rude and not helpful.
Maybe they make a good product, but I have been using COLORGRAPHIC products
for a long time and am very happy- though I am waiting on a new multiscreen
driver,
right now it is just a multihead driver.
Best Wishes,
Marc Miller
