I've been using it for a year or so, and overall very good. One day of
outage completely. Sometimes they screw up holiday data, but generally
pretty good.

For what you describe, bear in mind that in the current configuration, stop
orders are held on your computer by your automated system and not sent until
the system says send. For example, if you have a stop at 1111.00, your
computer will wait until the price is TRIGGERED, and then send the order.
This is only for automated system trades. Manual entry stops are held on TS
computer.
