Now i don't understand it...
Somebody give's a solution and in my opinion, you are now
searching for why it still would not be possible.
I will tell you why.
Your first example, was just an example. OK, i will forgive
you the first "just an example" but the second, should not
be just an example should it ? Well, you are talking about
bars there and not about ticks. Ticks don't show up as bars.
With ticks it's even easier to do what you want to do because
you are not looking inside a bar, because a tick is open high
low and close all in one. You can calculate that tick's RSI
and you know imediatly if that ticks price is above the
previous tick.
So what's the idea... you are looking for what is not possible
or looking for a solution ?
