What do you make of the stock market actions in the last few days?

To those experienced traders who have been in the market for
a while:

In the last few days, the general market would rally to the
good news
before the news is out.   However, as the news is out, the
markets sell
off.  Is this an indication of market topping?  What do you
make of it?
