ZoneAlarm may be causing disconnects between GlobalServer and Esignal feed.

I use Esignal to feed TS2000i on Win2000pro. I recently installed the free
ZoneAlarm firewall. (I began to get those alarming and annoying UDP spam popup
messages on my desktop. I recommend the free ZoneAlarm--easy to install and
manage, and makes me invisible according to the probe at grc.com.)

However every several days, I experience repeated disconnects between Global
Server and Esignal's Data Manager. In Global Server, I must toggle Work Offline
| Work Online to re-establish the connection, but it is likely to go out again
in a few minutes. It doesn't happen every day, but every couple or several days
it becomes viciously unstable. Esignal's Data Manager reports no difficulties.

I typically also run a single instance of Esignal's charts. This seems to seldom
or never suffer an outage. However, when I launch an additional instance of
Esignal charts, the outage frequency increases, both for GlobalServer and the
second instance.

Turning ZoneAlarm off seems to correct the problem for the rest of the day, and
I don't recall this happening much before installing ZoneAlarm.

Is this a well-known problem, and is there any good fix for it?
