INTERESTINGLY.....the other "threatening party" I mentioned, ALSO had a
terrific lack of attention to detail.

Hello ? is there a correlation here ?

high-tech entity with above "problem" vs. violent and threatening replies to
user's suggestions of bugs/errors/shortcomings.
