Todd,

Those zip files contain ASCII data in comma separated variable format.  In
order to convert them to .xpo or .omz form, you'd need a special program
such as History Center.

However, you can read that file directly after you unzip it.  When you open
a new chart in Tradestation and select a symbol, just click on 3rd party
directory, and you should be able to browse for that "SPC5.csv" file.
There's an additional step or two when you tell Tradestation what format
it's in and what symbol it equals, but that's it.  Once the chart is
created, save the workspace and you won't have to go through the trouble
each time you reopen it.
