I have a dual port byterunner card installed and working fine with TS4.  I 
have it set to Com1 and Com3.
Since I don't use my original serial port, I disabled it in the bios to 
avoid any possible conflict.
You then just change the original Com5 setting on the byterunner card to 
either Com1, Com2, Com3 or Com4 (whatever you have available) so that TS4 
can read it.  This link explains how:
