Displaying 64th in TS4 (CSI data)

I want to chart EOD TY in 64ths in TS4. The CSI data file is generated by
UA. The QMASTER file shows TY as 64ths (conversion factor: -4) However, TS4
charts TY in decimal, 3 places.

I tried changing the info in the Symbol Universe, but that seems to only
affect server collected BMI data.

Does anyone know how to do this?
