Off topic 30yr mortgage rates

I was told by my bank  today 30yr mortgage rates are currently 7.1 per cent
I want to try to chart a history of these rates but all I know is that they
are tied somehow to the 30yr Treasury Bills
Can someone tell me how the mortgage rates are calculated or suggest a web
site that may have some information about them.
