TS4.0 and 2000i on same computer

What has been your experience with TS 4.0 installed on the same computer as
TS 2000i? 
 If only one of the two is open at any given time, does one interfere with
the other. 
 I am using FutureSource data  and plan to do only historical analyses, not
real-time 
analyses, on the computer containing both  applications.  Thanks. - Loren
