I got the same popup message as you did. This asked me if I wanted to
display a language pack (Turkish??) if I wanted the characters in the
message to be displayed correctly. I chose not to install this and the pop
up disappeared.
This pop up must be generated by your browser and should give you a choice
if you want to install this or any future laguage packs. I think you may
have inadvertantly clicked on the wrong button.
