problems with trendline extension in TS2K

all,

i have a persistent problem drawing trendlines with TS2K: after setting a
trendline's properties to properties:extend:right, the extension is always
at some bizarre angle to the original trendline and so is useless.

1. has anyone else had this problem?

2. is there a workaround.
