There are numerous ways to filter incoming messages. One among many that I use
is according to email address that people send to. It all depends on
the type of email client you have and it's abilities. For example,
for the Omega list, I have a filter that says, each time you see the
message addressed to omega-list@xxxxxxxxxx, put it in the Omega
folder. I use to use Outlook Express, which is identical to Outlook's
email component, but have moved to another email client. What sort of
email client are you using?
