HD/CMOS question

  I'd like to copy a TS4 and TS related stuff to a D drive in
the old computer and then stick the D drive in the new 
computer and transfer files to the new C drive.
  Do I need to do some kind of CMOS thing at bootup on the
new machine after installing the D drive?
  D drive is W95. New C drive is W98.
