ascii reads

I have been reading multiple ascii data files into TS4V21 for the last
couple of months and decided to use a new workspace. Now I can't get the
data to import correctly! The data is coming in as if it was a tick record
instead the 20 minutes each record contains. In other words, each bar has
the same value for open-high-low-close (TS is using the close value). Yes, I
do have the compression set to intra-day 20 minutes. Anyone have a
suggestion?
