That's correct: Open, High, Low, and Close are retrieved as Long (long
integer).    PriceScale is needed to determine the number of decimals.

Therefore if a symbol in the Portfolio isn't associated with, or doesn't
know, the symbol in the Symbol Universe, then the symbol will chart as an
integer.   Someone reported this problem recently on the list and that's why
it occurred.
