One way would be to reverse engineer the MSFT driver, but a simpler way 
would be to contact the manufacturer and get the specs.    If they won't 
give them to you, get litigious and recover the cost of the reverse 
engineering. All the ethernet cards I've dealt with over the years have at 
least shipped with Novell drivers in addition to the inevitable MSFT drivers.
