Phil:

If you haven't already reinstalled TS, try this. Go to the Trade Statetion
Charting and Analysis icon and right click on it. At the bottom of the
list that appears you'll see "Properties". Click on that and you'll get a
screen that has two choices at the upper left: "General" and "Shortcut".
Click on "Shortcut" and the ensuing screen will have a line called
"Target". That line should give the path to the file that starts up the
charting module. It should say something like "C:\Omega\Prog\TS_chart.exe"
(without the quotes). The line below it, "Start In" should also say
"C:\Omega\Prog". These two lines tell the shortcut(the icon) the path to
the file that runs the charting module. The same should be true for the
Server icon and the Power Editor icon.

You have to verify that the actual location and path to the file
TS_chart.exe on your hard drive is the same as that on the "Target" and
"Start in" lines. If you can see a difference then you may have found the
problem and you can correct it by typing in the correct path on those
lines. Notice that the "Start in" line doesn't list the name of the file,
just the drive(C:\), the directory(Omega), and the subdirectory(Prog).

Hope this helps. John
Use My Computer or Explorer to locate the actual path to the TS_chart.exe
file. Or better yet, ZTREE, or XTREE GOLD(a Dos program).
