With no dis-respect meant towards Tom (nor towards the brave lady who wrote
the above endorsement using her real name), I found Tom's second book to be
slightly more difficult to follow than his first one.
For example, while Tom points out the many virtues of "TD Rebo" (over 5
pages worth of virtues) what is neglected is an explanation of TD Rebo.
I am told what the TD Rebo "selection options" are, but not the rules. This
appears to be more of a sales brochure for a set of indicators, when all
along I thought I was purchasing a book full of "timing techniques" as the
title alludes.
Thad: given your long experience with Tom's book by your side, perhaps you
won't mind giving us a brief explanation, in layman's terms, of how TD Rebo
works and its basic construction..?
