I've been told the SPY (also called "spyders") somewhat forward tracks the SP (SPZ8 I trade).  Any
comments, suggestions, etc.?

I also been told that bond traders track the $NHB (NYSE Beta Index - whatever that is).  Again, any
comments, suggestions, etc.?
