SPY probably lags the real time action by a little bit-- but not enough to
make a difference in trading SPYders. One of its main advantages is that it
provides an intra-day volume component which Futures does not.
NHB is available from the BMI feed, but doesn't provide any worthwhile
directional component advantage over the SPX
