Wouldn't it be simpler to use the existing ECU/USD cash rate which there's a
hiloclo history of.
Also don't forget that if the markets accept the suggestions of BBA there's
also going to be a change for others: instead of UKStg expressed in Dmarks
there's going to be a Euro/UKStg.
Have a look at FINEX they've come up their new contracts.
