Trade Station handles live data differently than historical, because it dose not
know it what order High or low came. So it assumes the following if open > close
it computes open, high, low, close. If open < close it computes open, low, high,
close, this will result in different signals as it knows how the live bar is
formed and must assume how historical bars formed, and once tick data is
compressed into historical daily or minute data it must also make the
assumption.
