RE: Integrating LEO WEB with TS

I have noticed those reports, too. I was under the impression that it was
the CME TOPS/Cubs technology that was the problem. Does anyone know if it is
that or the actual link between LFG's LeoWeb software and TOPS/Cubs that is
the problem when we get these down times?
