Dear Mr. Grisham,
The data for INTC and SPX was indeed deleted from the refresh data prior to
posting. The reason being the data was bad. We did not want anyone to overwrite
good data they may have with data we knew to be bad.
If you would send me the good data you have I will be happy to paste in and
re-upload the data to our web site. If you also have data for SPX I would
appreciate it very much if you would send it as well. My e-mail address is

Very nice tongue in cheek comment. There is no way Omega can claim
to collect NASDAQ data and skip one of the very largest capitalization
issues. I don't think it takes any imagination to conclude that
INTC data for 1/5/98 was intentionally deleted to try to avoid
more bad publicity. Personally, I think it makes the situation
worse for Omega. Now they cannot claim they "didn't know" about
the bad tick and its consequences because of the deletion.
As you requested in the previous message, I have sent you (only)
the BMI data for INTC for 1/5/98 in omz format.
