[EquisMetaStock Group] Invalid Symbol Error

I have recently reloaded MS 8.01 Pro on my PC and I use Quotes.com 
for my datafeed.  When I try to access a symbol from the Qcharts 
icon in the program to bring up a chart, I get an error 
message, "The symbol xxxx is invalid".  I've gone to the Equis 
website and updated the symbols list file for Downloader 8.0 (I 
don'think this would make a difference) as well as updating the 
symbols list in the program under Tools.  Still no luck.  EOD data 
from my TC2000 converted database works fine though.  Just problems 
with connecting and accessing data through quote.com datafeed.
