The MDK doesn't allow you to access metastock 
functions (such as moving averages, RSI etc.) - you need to write them yourself 
in C++/Delphi/VB/whatever.
 
A workaround is to pass them in as a parameter to 
the DLL.
eg. ExtFml(blahblah,MOV(C,10,S))
