[Metastockusers] Need Guide for Writing MS Fomula

I have a trading idea..to write fomula in Expert Advisor. I really
know little about writing MS fomula. Need experience members help me
to do it.

The conditions are:

Buy Signal - Current day's Close break previous day's high band number
Sell Signal - Current day's Close break previous day's low band number
