7.03 was the last version that was tranferrable.
Equis did change their policy a couple of months ago to allow support
to non-registered users for a per-incident fee, or they can get
registered...Sorry I don't know all of the details, but I was talking
with someone in another country who got it from eBay and is now
allowed support. I would call Equis' Sales dept. to get the details,
if you are in this situation.
