I have no argument with anything you say. When used properly the forward
reference is a useful tool. When not used properly it's a menace.
Unfortunately many MetaStock beginners and a surprising number of more
experienced users don't know the difference.

I agree with Henry on this one though - I won't use it, and I can't recall a
situation where I've needed to.
