My freind you can even sell an "illegal" copy without breaking the law, when
soft companies forced modification in the copyrights law a probelm arised,
what if you have a program and the disks stops working? will the company
send you a fresh one? well , to protect costumer as well as developers, the
copyright law allws anyone to make a copy of a cd just in case the poriginal
stops working, the problem with that law is, ther is no restriction on the
backed up cd, you wont be breaking the law if you sell one of those cds, but
you are breaking the law if you BUY one of those cds, the diference is small
but important
This is the reason that ebay wont allow to sell cdrs, since they ll be
breaking the law as well, the only person that is not breaking it in a
transaction like that is the person who sells them, of course this is so if
this person owns an opriginal
