Here's what's in my system:
Description of type: Outlook Express Mail Message
Content Type (MIME): message/rfc822
Default extension for content type: .eml
Actions: open (in bold)
Boxes checked: Confirm open after download
Click on OPEN and I get:
Application used to perform:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /eml:%1
Box for "USE DDE" is NOT checked.
