Reuters Data Download

Has anyone out there who uses Reuters as their EOD data 
supplier had any problems getting their update last night?

I have received the following error message:

A communications error occurred during:
Transaction File Download

The cause of the error was:
Error Reading Packet

This has occurred repeatedly both last night and this
morning.

All of my other internet activities are operating normally.
