Thanks Reef.

Is there really much of a speed benefit...? Obviously depends on the code... but lets say I have a looping routine written in AFL... if I were to write the same routine in C++ and create a DLL would there be much speed benefit...?

I ask because I have one looping routine that takes up about 70% of my AFL calculation time currently. Might it be worth me writing it as a C++ DLL...?

JS native mode uses double precision for calculations, it is possible to think up routines (such as polynomial curve fitting) that might require double precision calculations.
