Since I still have not been able to get Amibroker 64 on Win7 to run larger databases in memory I decided to try a RAM disk. I just created a 6Gb one and loaded my 5.9Gb database on it. I get slightly less than a 2X speed up. Was hoping for significantly more. :( I remember reading posts in this forum that others have seen 4X - 6X increase. I tried running with and with out a swap file but that does not seem to make a big difference.

Any thoughts on what else to do to make it go faster would be really appreciated!

Thanks
Steve
