Robert,
I set up the buys/sells just as you have them and every stop worked
perfectly, just as expected. I've gone through the settings window
and changed just about every setting trying to reproduce your results
but can't do it.
Verify that your quotes match these:
10/18 OHLC = 33.31, 33.88, 33.00, 33.61
10/19 OHLC = 33.50, 34.09, 30.19, 31.37
