No data when plot graph using Local Time?

I just subscribe to eSignal but having problem to plot the S&P e-mini
(ES #F)using local time, it say no data. I am able to plot the symbol if I
format the time to Exchange Time. I check the GS and found there are
data for the symbol. As for the GTIS forex symbols everything go smoothly.
Can anyone help me to solve the problem? Thanks in advance.
