DBC Data Manager & Global Server

Is anybody on the list running TS 2Ki with an EOD data feed from eSignal?
I've recently subscribed to eSignal but despite setting Global Server up to 
recognise the Data Manager as its data feed I'm not receiving any data. 
Because I don't know whether its GS or Data Manager that's the problem, I'm 
getting nowhere with customer support from either company.

Are there any known problems with this set up?
