I am sure you have already checked this out, but
http://www.dynastorelight.com/    might be what you
are looking for. For their Esignal version, it
downloads in xpo format, so you wouldn't have to worry
about converting. Hope this helps.

Can anyone please comment on alternative stock tick
data sources that 
can be
downloaded at the end of the day and converted to .xpo
format, as to 
the
conversion process,  speed of downloading, and
accuracy of the data, 
number
of days of data available, for QCharts, E-Signal, DTN,
and any others, 
and
what type of computer would make the process faster,
such as 
processor(s),
ram, harddrive,etc.?

I need to download stock tick data each evening for
approximately 250 
big
cap stocks.
