I have monitored the market, but not traded, while driving along I-95 from
Florida to New Jersey.  To do this, I use a CDPD modem and a magnetic-mount
antenna on the roof.  CDPD modems use the cellular towers, but are sending
data packets just like any other ISP.  The modems are available from several
vendors and the service isn't very expensive, especially when compared to
the lost opportunity cost of being away from trading.

AT&T Wireless is one provider, their data services home page is
