Moving Average like Jurik JMA, is there one in EL code Free ?

Has any one got any code (either EL or VB)that gets there moving average close
to JMA ?

If so I would like a copy ?

Any advice would be great thanks in advance ?

Ps : Not trying to steal Jurik Prize, just wana do some tests with similar
code.
