TIKI on the dtn sat feed is the absolute value of DOWTICK. Thus TIKI swings
between 0 and 30. DOWTICK swings between -30 and +30. I am in need of some
DOWTICK.xpo one minute data. June, July, and August would do nicely, but I
would take as much as two years if it is available.
