Greetings TT:

Don't have TS6 but probably the same as 2000i Prosuite:

Go to "View">>"Chart Option">>"General" and uncheck "Show Data Tips"

Have a good one

I'm new to TS6, so your forgiveness please if this is a really dumb
question.

When I click the 'small pointer' on the chart, to examine a single bar, a
yellowish box immediately appears in the lower right quadrant near to the
pointer. The yellowish box contains the same info that would be displayed
in the 'data window'.

However, I do not like this yellowish box because it covers exactly what I
wish to look at.

Is there some way to get rid of this yellowish box?
