Third request for data...Will pay $ if needed

My TS4.0 crashed and I lost data... I need tick data for:

$SPX
$VIX

from 10/03/2001 thru 06/14/02.

The format I need is for Signal for TS 4.0. (I think that is in .OMZ format...)
Data from anything other than TS4.0 will not work.

I know some of you have it out there because I have personally sent it to some of you before. Please help. It is very important to my models... If I have to pay for the data than so be it.
